I'm in the running for the LUCE Awards - Legacy Women of the Florence School of Regulation. This honour is about more than just my work. It's about our shared dream for a sustainable, just future. I launched Next Energy Consumer after years of shedding light on the essential work carried out by #ombudsmen with NEON National Energy Ombudsmen Network. I've built up a database of projects, a database of clients, and a database of friends. Together with you, I've built a vision, a project, a business that's much bigger than my tiny shoulders. I've positioned myself at the crossroads of policy and business consulting, thought leadership and communication. Not an easy place to create. I've learnt that #entrepreneurship is tough. Finding clients, chasing payments—it's a journey of highs and lows. 🚀 Big news from the European Parliament! The #EPBD vote is a win for the planet and a punch against #energypoverty. Enjoying more healthy, comfortable, and energy-efficient buildings? Yes, please! 🏡 This vote isn't just about emissions; it's a bold move to slash energy bills, fight energy poverty, and make our societies more resilient and inclusive head-on. 🏗 Of course, we'll have to keep pushing policymakers to ensure that climate policy benefits everyone, especially the less well-off.
