LEADS is at the forefront, dedicated to providing invaluable insights into the ever-changing landscape of ADS demands. We aim to equip skills suppliers, encompassing education and training, with the knowledge, guidance, and best practices essential to mould the future of European ADS talent.
Currently, the shortage of ICT professionals is big, specifically in areas like cloud computing, IoT, data, AI, quantum computing, and cybersecurity. The Digital Decade policy initiative has set a bold target: 20 million new ICT specialists by 2030.Â
LEADS steps into this transformative era, positioned to meet the challenge head-on and lead Europe into a future defined by digital excellence.
