(“Maggioli” or the “Company”) announces its intention to proceed with the listing of its ordinary shares (the “Shares”) on Euronext Growth Milan (the “EGM”) Multilateral Trading System organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the “Listing”).
