When you launch a Microsoft 365 app that hasn’t been activated yet, you’ll be prompted to sign in using your school account. Use the school account that you subscribed to Microsoft 365 with. If the Activation wizard appears, you’ll need to follow the prompts to activate Microsoft 365.
