Qualified SaaS for Public Sector

The hyperSIC application suite is dedicated to the Italian Public Sector. It is entirely designed and realized with web-native technology; it can be used in traditional form, installed at the customer's data centre, or in SaaS mode. hyperSIC Cloud, in fact, is the SaaS service built with hyperSIC and qualified by AgID in accordance with Circulars No. 2 and 3 of 9 April 2018, and with which APKAPPA is included in the list of qualified SaaS providers. hyperSIC enables 360° management of the local administration: secretary and general affairs, demographic, accounting, personal and technical.

The heart of the project is the integrated management of data and functions between the different areas to allow the organization to configure the workflows coordinated between the different areas and skills. Its technological peculiarity allows it to natively integrate the use of digital tools such as PEC (certified electronic mail), digital signature, graphometric signature, electronic signatures in general and digital stamps and thus maintain all the documents and procedures in the original digital form.

hyperSIC also allows the publication of interactive online services that can be used from the institutional website and its Cittadino Digitale APP.
