REMOTE CONTROL OF SWITCHBOARDS
CB200 stores the service plans, previously configured by the manger and/or modified through the IOTeqa platform, and applies them to the switchboard so that it, in turn, performs the actions established by the manger (e.g. on/off period of the lighting rows).
The CB200 commands the switchboard to switch on and/or off the rows of streetlamps connected to it at the times laid down in the service plans thanks to its integrated astronomical clock. It also performs the same service in response to commands received from the control centre or, if present, in accordance with information from other local sensors (e.g. twilight switches, traffic sensors, etc.).
In the absence of alarm states, the CB200 collects and stores the information gathered from the measurements it constantly takes on the switchboard; cyclically, depending on the configurations chosen by the manger, the CB200 transfers this data to the control centre. Here the manger, via the IOTeqa platform, carries out the remote control activity in the same way as for streetlamps.
If completed with the network analyser accessory, the CB200 is able to monitor the performance of the electrical panel in which it is installed thanks to the measurement data it obtains. It is therefore able to highlight problems of failure to switch the electrical panel on or off, as well as the possible presence of abnormal consumption, inefficiencies and, above all, ground leakage current that make the electrical system unsafe.
